By using our website to purchase tickets, make donations, or attending any events hosted by Naše Divadlo Calgary Ltd., you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

 

Ticket Sales

• Ticket Purchases: All tickets are sold via e-transfer or Eventbrite.

• Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Naše Divadlo Calgary Ltd.

• Event Changes: We may change event dates or details. We'll notify ticket holders of any changes.

 

Donations

• Donations: Donations to Naše Divadlo Calgary Ltd. are non-refundable and help support our productions.

• Tax Receipts: If applicable, we can provide a tax receipt for donations.

 

Liability

By using our website, purchasing tickets, making donations, or attending any event hosted by Naše Divadlo Calgary Ltd., you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for your own safety and well-being during any event organized by Naše Divadlo Calgary Ltd. This includes following any safety instructions and complying with the venue’s rules and regulations.

• Event Risks: While we take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and comfort of all participants, you assume all risks associated with attending live performances or engaging in any related activities, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss.

• Venue and Event Changes: Naše Divadlo Calgary Ltd. is not responsible for changes to event schedules, location, or cancellation. If an event is canceled by Naše Divadlo Calgary Ltd., we will offer a refund or alternative arrangements as appropriate.

• Third-Party Responsibility: If you purchase tickets or make a donation via third-party services (e.g., Eventbrite, e-transfer), Naše Divadlo Calgary Ltd. is not liable for any issues or disputes arising from the use of those services.

By attending our events or engaging with our website, you agree to release Naše Divadlo Calgary Ltd. from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or other incidents that may occur during an event or related activity.

 

Merchandise Orders

By ordering merchandise through Naše Divadlo Calgary Ltd., you agree to the following:

1. Orders and Payment

   • Merchandise orders must be placed via our contact form.

   • Price: 25 CAD per T-shirt. Payment arrangements will be made directly with Naše Divadlo Calgary Ltd. (e.g., e-transfer or in-person payment).

2. Pickup and Shipping

   • Merchandise can be picked up directly from Erika Holderer.

   • Shipping is available upon request for an additional cost. Purchasers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

3. Availability

   • Merchandise is limited edition. Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Returns and Refunds

   • Merchandise purchases are non-refundable, unless defective or damaged upon receipt.

5. Liability

   • Naše Divadlo Calgary Ltd. is not responsible for loss or damage once the merchandise has been picked up or shipped.

 

Use of Website

• Content: All website content is protected by copyright and can’t be used without permission.

• No Misuse: You agree not to misuse the website.

 

Changes to Terms
