By accessing our website, purchasing tickets, making donations, ordering merchandise, or attending events hosted by Naše Divadlo Calgary Ltd., you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

 

Ticket Sales and Events

• Ticket Purchases
  Tickets are sold through third-party platforms such as Zeffy and Eventbrite, or via e-transfer where applicable. All transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party provider.

• Refunds and Cancellations
  Tickets are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled by Naše Divadlo Calgary Ltd. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be offered a refund or alternative arrangements where possible.

• Event Changes
  We reserve the right to make changes to event dates, times, venues, or programming. Ticket holders will be notified of significant changes using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.

 

Donations

Donations made to Naše Divadlo Calgary Ltd. are voluntary and non-refundable.
Where applicable, tax receipts may be issued upon request and subject to eligibility requirements.

Attendance, Events, and Liability

By purchasing tickets, attending events, or participating in any activity organized by Naše Divadlo Calgary Ltd., you acknowledge and agree that:

1. Assumption of Risk
   All attendees voluntarily assume any and all risks associated with participating in live performances, workshops, rehearsals, or other theatre-related activities. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, slips, trips, falls, or other accidents that may occur on or near the venue.

2. Personal Responsibility
   You are responsible for your own safety and for following all safety instructions provided by Naše Divadlo Calgary Ltd., its volunteers, staff, and the venue.

3. Event and Venue Changes
   Naše Divadlo Calgary Ltd. reserves the right to modify event details, dates, or venues as needed. The organization is not responsible for inconveniences caused by such changes.

4. Third-Party Providers
   If tickets, donations, or merchandise are purchased through third-party services (e.g., Zeffy, Eventbrite), Naše Divadlo Calgary Ltd. is not responsible for technical issues, lost payments, or other disputes arising from those platforms.

5. Release of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Naše Divadlo Calgary Ltd., its directors, volunteers, staff, and agents from any claims, demands, or liability for personal injury, property damage, or other losses incurred while attending or participating in events, workshops, or other theatre activities.

 

Merchandise Orders

Ordering and Payment
Merchandise orders are placed via our contact form.
T-shirts are priced at 25 CAD unless otherwise stated. Payment arrangements are made directly with Naše Divadlo Calgary Ltd. (e.g., e-transfer or in-person payment).

Pickup and Shipping

• Merchandise pickup is arranged directly with the designated contact person.

• Shipping may be available upon request for an additional fee. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Availability and Returns
Merchandise is limited edition and fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
All sales are final unless an item arrives defective or damaged.

Liability
Naše Divadlo Calgary Ltd. is not responsible for loss or damage once merchandise has been picked up or shipped.

 

Third-Party Services and Content
